Chopstix summer reading blog

The book I picked is called chopsticks by Jessica Anthony and Roderigo corral in this tale of love and insanity Gloria glory Fleming is a gifted pianist who is raised by her father after the death of her mother her father wishes for her to play sold out shows across the world but Gloria begins to fall for Francisco Frank Mendoza who is her next-door neighbor after becoming infatuated with his drawings paintings mix CDs and their late-night instant messaging frank becomes her all ,her reality ,and her fantasy and she becomes his. soon after she has to leave to play across the world this is hard for both of them , Frank's grades drop drastically and his attitude changes he gets into fights and becomes vulgar ,at the same time Gloria is stuck in the loop she's going crazy  and is unable to play anything but the song chopsticks not too long after glory is gone no one knows what happened to where no one will find out. Gloria glory Fleming is a piano prodigy who's wish is to play across the world after her mother's death she retreats your music and is very distant and so she meets Francisco Mendoza a boy from Argentina that moved in and next to her he paints , draws and makes mix CDs together there and separate they're tortured souls longing for each other. They treat each other as a  life source but , they do you have a downfall and Gloria goes away to play across the world and is forced by her father to stay for an unnecessarily long amount of time. She will become heartbroken a lost without him.  glory lost her way with the piano just playing chopsticks over and over again with Frank's grades drop to all F'sall except for one subject, art . he becomes very violent and vulgar All because of the temporary loss of his love there is both an it an external war with their hearts and souls empty and alone without each other. the message I find of the story is that you should follow your heart because in the story of Gloria was kept by her father overseas  for an extended amount of time but her heart didn't want to be there, it wanted to be back home with Frank and eventually drove her crazy not being with him.

Moral of the story: Follow your heart
